An Exceptional Location

The apartment's location makes it particularly convenient for a ski holiday. The Doss 18 ski lift is directly opposite the building, giving you quick access to the slopes and the Carosello 3000 ski area.

A bus stop is located right in front of the entrance, providing easy connections to Livigno's main ski areas and town centre. You can therefore explore the area comfortably without needing to rely on a car.

The pedestrian area and the beginning of Livigno's main shopping street are approximately 10 minutes away on foot, with plenty of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars and traditional restaurants along the way.

You'll also find a pharmacy, supermarket, ski school, and ski and bicycle rental services just steps away, making everyday essentials easily accessible.

 

Panoramic Balcony & Mountain Views

Large windows throughout the apartment offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, while the panoramic balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day outdoors.

The balcony also provides a convenient ski rack, allowing you to safely store your equipment after returning from the slopes.

 

Parking

A shared parking area is available behind the building. Parking spaces are not reserved and are therefore subject to availability.

If no space is available, guests will need to find alternative parking nearby. Thanks to the apartment's excellent location and public transport connections, you can easily leave your car behind and explore Livigno on foot or by bus.

 

Ski Storage

After a day on the slopes, skis can be stored on the ski rack on the terrace. A dedicated area near the entrance is available for ski boots, where they can be placed in front of the heater to keep them warm and dry for the following morning.

 

Guest Access & Check-In

The entire apartment is exclusively available to guests during their stay.

Check-in is convenient and flexible with self check-in via a secure key box located at the apartment. A few days before your arrival, you'll receive all the information you need to access the property and plan your check-in.

Guests are required to provide their identification documents before arrival.

We are also available locally should you need any assistance during your stay.
